Where to find your tracking number
The moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier we email you a tracking number. Check your inbox for a message from us, and check your spam folder too, as shipping notifications are filtered more often than they should be.
Track your parcel
Enter your tracking number at 17track.net, which reads almost every carrier we use, or paste it into your national postal service's own tracking page once the parcel has entered your country.
If tracking shows nothing yet
Tracking numbers are issued at the moment a label is created, but they only start updating after the first physical scan. That gap is usually 24 to 48 hours and occasionally longer during December. An empty tracking page in the first two days is normal.
If tracking has stalled
Parcels often sit still for several days during customs clearance or an international handover without anything being wrong. If there has been no movement at all for ten working days, email us your order number at contact@vitareve.com and we will open a trace with the carrier and, if it does not turn up, replace or refund the order.
Delivered but not received
Check with neighbours and look for a safe-place note first, since a large share of these parcels surface within a day. If it still has not appeared after 24 hours, write to us and we will take it from there.
