Free worldwide shipping
Shipping is free on every Merry Glow order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm local warehouse time are dispatched the same working day. Everything else goes out the next working day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery times
United States and Canada: 5 to 9 working days. United Kingdom and European Union: 5 to 10 working days. Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 12 working days. Rest of world: 8 to 16 working days.
These windows are estimates that begin the day the parcel is collected, not the day you order. Between mid-November and the end of December, carrier networks are under load and deliveries can run a few days beyond the usual window. If you are buying for Christmas, order early.
Tracking
Tracking usually goes live within 48 hours of dispatch. Until the first carrier scan, the page may show nothing at all. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. You can check the status any time on our order tracking page.
Customs and duties
Orders shipping outside the destination country's duty-free threshold may attract import duty or local tax. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can correct an address only before dispatch, so email us immediately if you spot a mistake. Parcels returned to us because of an undeliverable address will be reshipped once at no cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for ten working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@vitareve.com. We will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to chase the carrier yourself.
