These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and a contract is formed at that point. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where pricing was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and include our margin and shipping. Import duty and local tax are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We may change prices at any time, but not after you have placed an order.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the wallet providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and begin when the carrier collects the parcel. Full details are on our shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
Our 30-night home trial and two-year warranty are set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Product use
Merry Glow curtains are rated for outdoor use with an indoor power supply. Do not submerge the controller or adapter, do not cut or splice the strands, and do not connect them to a voltage other than the one printed on the adapter. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Intellectual property
The text, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Accuracy
We try to describe our products accurately, but colours vary between screens and we do not warrant that every description is free of error. If something arrives materially different from how it was described, tell us and we will make it right.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our business is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country.
